Lake Shore Realty Limited (formerly known as Mahaan Foods Limited), incorporated in 1987, is a public limited company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was originally engaged in the business of manufacturing nutritional products under the well‐known Mahaan brand. Over the years, the Company has diversified its operations. Presently, our business focus lies in the development, management, and execution of projects across multiple sectors including real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, education, and healthcare. With its shift to a broader asset‐development oriented model, the Company is positioning itself to capture emerging opportunities in India’s growing urban and industrial landscape, while leveraging its legacy to deliver value to its stakeholders.

Non-Executive Independent Director
Seasoned Indian Police Service (IPS) officer with a distinguished 33-year career. Held key leadership roles including head of Law and Order for Tamil Nadu State, Prisons, Police Housing Corporation, and Vigilance and Anti-Corruption. Prior to the IPS, served in the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) with Western Railways, gaining expertise in financial management, commercial operations, and container transport logistics.
